Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Global Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our international operations. This role involves managing global business activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day global operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth international operations.
- Manage and optimize global supply chains and logistics.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets and expenditures.
- Implement quality control and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations professionals.
- Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and report to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an international context.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of global business operations and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in operational analysis and process improvement.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting from $10,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $120,000, with opportunities for performance-related bonuses and advancement.
