Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a Funds Allocation Manager, a crucial role responsible for overseeing the allocation and management of funds within our countertrade network to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance. This position demands an individual with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of fund allocation principles in an international trade context. Working alongside the Financial Transaction Coordinator, Payment System Compliance Analyst, and Transaction Security Specialist, the Funds Allocation Manager will strategize and implement effective fund allocation processes that support the financial goals of Countertrade Pte Ltd and its partners.
- Develop and manage fund allocation strategies to optimize the financial performance of countertrade deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and partner agreements.
- Oversee the distribution of funds across the countertrade network, coordinating with finance, compliance, and operational teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreements.
- Implement robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms to monitor fund movements, allocations, and performance, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making related to fund allocations, investment opportunities, and risk management within the countertrade network.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards in all fund allocation activities, collaborating with the Compliance Analyst to maintain regulatory adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in financial management, CFA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, fund allocation, or a related role, with a significant focus on managing complex financial operations in an international context.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate financial regulations and compliance requirements in international trade and finance settings.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
