Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a dynamic Framework Agreements Manager to lead and manage the development and execution of framework agreements. As a Framework Agreements Manager, you will play a key role in establishing long-term agreements for future trade transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Development: Lead the development and negotiation of comprehensive framework agreements with trade partners.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that framework agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards in various jurisdictions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align interests and objectives within framework agreements.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments associated with framework agreements and implement mitigation strategies.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial implications of framework agreements, ensuring feasibility and profitability.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for framework agreements, maintaining records in compliance with standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in the development and execution of framework agreements, optimizing processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and managing framework agreements, preferably in a trade-related context.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to trade agreements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $10,000, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $120,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
