Countertrade Pte Ltd is searching for a Financial Transaction Coordinator, a key role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the financial transactions within our countertrade network. This position demands an individual with a strong background in finance, a keen understanding of international transaction processes, and the ability to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant financial operations. Working closely with the Payment System Compliance Analyst, Funds Allocation Manager, and Transaction Security Specialist, the Financial Transaction Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the flow of funds, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining financial integrity across the countertrade network.
- Coordinate financial transactions across the countertrade network, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and financial flows.
- Work with finance and compliance teams to ensure all transactions comply with international financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) standards, and internal policies.
- Liaise with banking institutions and financial service providers to facilitate transaction processing, resolve issues, and optimize transaction workflows.
- Monitor transaction statuses, identifying and addressing delays or discrepancies to maintain operational continuity and financial accuracy.
- Develop and implement financial transaction procedures and controls to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance of financial operations within the countertrade network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in finance or financial management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial transaction coordination, treasury management, or a similar role, with a focus on international financial operations.
- Strong understanding of international finance regulations, payment systems, and transaction security measures.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple financial processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of identifying and resolving transaction-related issues efficiently.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
