Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Financial Structuring Analyst, a critical role focused on analyzing and developing financial structures for countertrade deals that optimize benefits for all parties involved. This position requires an individual with a strong foundation in financial analysis, creativity in financial modeling, and an understanding of international trade finance. Working closely with the Deal Structuring Advisor and Proposal Optimization Specialist, the Financial Structuring Analyst will design financial models that support the strategic objectives of countertrade deals, ensuring they are financially viable and attractive to potential partners.
- Develop and analyze financial models for countertrade deals, assessing their viability, risk, and potential return on investment for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the Deal Structuring Advisor to integrate innovative financial structures into countertrade proposals, enhancing their appeal and strategic fit.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to evaluate the financial impact of various deal structures under different market conditions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to proposal teams, helping to shape proposals that meet the financial goals and constraints of potential partners.
- Stay abreast of developments in international trade finance, incorporating best practices and innovative financial solutions into countertrade deal structuring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) in finance is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or financial modeling, with a preference for experience in structuring complex financial deals or international trade finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools and techniques, with a strong ability to assess and present financial risks and returns.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop creative financial solutions that address the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial structures in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
