Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks a Financial Operations Supervisor, a crucial role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations within our countertrade network, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This position demands an individual with a strong background in financial management, operational oversight, and a comprehensive understanding of international financial practices. Collaborating closely with the Payment Solutions Architect, Funds Allocation Manager, and Regulatory Financial Auditor, the Financial Operations Supervisor will manage financial workflows, supervise financial team activities, and maintain optimal financial operational performance across the countertrade network.
- Oversee the daily operations of the financial team, ensuring timely execution of transactions, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to internal controls and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with various departments to streamline financial operations, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Supervise the reconciliation of financial accounts, verification of transactional integrity, and resolution of discrepancies or issues in collaboration with compliance and audit teams.
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines and training programs for financial operations staff, promoting best practices and compliance with international financial regulations.
- Monitor and report on the financial operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in financial management or operations is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations management, with a proven track record of supervising financial teams and optimizing operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, international financial regulations, and best practices in financial management.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and lead teams towards achieving operational excellence.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex operational challenges and enhancing financial operational efficiency.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
