Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a Financial Integrity Assurance Manager, a key role dedicated to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency across our countertrade network. This position demands an individual with a strong background in financial management, audit, and compliance, coupled with a profound commitment to ethical financial practices. Collaborating closely with the Regulatory Financial Auditor, Secure Payment Protocol Designer, and Payment Solutions Architect, the Financial Integrity Assurance Manager will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive financial integrity programs, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to ethical financial practices and regulatory compliance throughout the countertrade network.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive financial integrity assurance program, including policies, procedures, and controls designed to protect against financial misconduct and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular financial audits and reviews across the countertrade network, identifying any areas of risk or non-compliance and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operational teams to reinforce financial ethics and integrity in all business practices and transactions.
- Provide training and awareness programs on financial integrity and compliance to Countertrade Pte Ltd employees and partners, fostering a culture of transparency and ethical financial conduct.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of financial integrity initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in financial audit, compliance, or ethics is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, audit, or compliance, with a strong emphasis on financial integrity, ethics, and regulatory adherence.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial integrity and compliance programs in complex organizational and international trade settings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the capacity to lead initiatives and influence a culture of financial integrity and transparency.
- Deep understanding of international financial regulations, ethical financial practices, and risk management strategies.
Monthly Salary: $9,500, translating to an annual salary of $114,000.
