Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Evidence Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the use of bank accounts for holding funds as evidence of trade transactions. As the Evidence Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper handling and documentation of funds related to trade transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage evidence accounts, ensuring accurate records of funds held as evidence of trade transactions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to evidence accounts, complying with regulatory standards.
- Transaction Oversight: Monitor transactions associated with evidence accounts, verifying the legitimacy and accuracy of fund movements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and financial standards related to evidence accounts.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and financial institutions to communicate evidence account details and transaction status.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to evidence accounts and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in managing evidence accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing evidence accounts for trade transactions.

Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $10,500, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $126,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
