Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Deal Structuring Advisor, a specialized role focused on designing and advising on the structuring of countertrade deals to maximize strategic and financial benefits for all parties involved. This position demands an individual with extensive experience in deal structuring, financial modeling, and an in-depth understanding of international trade mechanisms. The Deal Structuring Advisor will collaborate with the Countertrade Deal Designer, Financial Structuring Analyst, and Legal Framework Advisor to develop innovative and mutually beneficial countertrade agreements.
- Provide expert advice on the structuring of countertrade deals, including the development of financial models and negotiation strategies to ensure deals are beneficial and sustainable.
- Work closely with the proposal development team to integrate strategic deal structuring principles into countertrade proposals.
- Analyze potential risks associated with deal structures and collaborate with the Countertrade Risk Assessor to develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing deal structures to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for internal teams to improve understanding and capabilities in deal structuring and financial analysis.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialization in deal structuring or financial engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in deal structuring, financial modeling, or a similar role, with a significant focus on international trade or countertrade operations.
- Proven track record of developing complex financial models and structuring deals that meet strategic business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess deals from multiple perspectives and identify optimal solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with and advising cross-functional teams.
Monthly Salary: $9,500, translating to an annual salary of $114,000.
