Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a Deal Securitization Specialist, a key role designed to enhance the financial security and stability of our countertrade deals through innovative securitization strategies. This position requires an individual with expertise in financial instruments, securitization processes, and risk management, coupled with a deep understanding of international trade finance. Working in close collaboration with the Financial Structuring Analyst, Risk Mitigation Planner, and Contractual Compliance Auditor, the Deal Securitization Specialist will develop and implement securitization frameworks that mitigate financial risks and optimize returns for Countertrade Pte Ltd and its partners.
- Design and implement securitization strategies for countertrade deals to enhance their financial stability and attractiveness to investors.
- Analyze financial risks associated with countertrade deals and develop securitization solutions that mitigate these risks while preserving deal value.
- Collaborate with financial analysts and structuring specialists to integrate securitization mechanisms into deal structures and financial models.
- Monitor and assess the performance of securitized countertrade deals, making adjustments to strategies as market conditions and risk profiles evolve.
- Provide expertise and guidance on securitization best practices, financial instruments, and regulatory compliance to internal teams and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a Master’s degree or professional certification in finance, securitization, or risk management highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial securitization, risk management, or a related field, with a specific focus on trade finance and complex financial structuring.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, securitization processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative financial solutions to enhance deal security and performance.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex securitization concepts and strategies to non-specialists and stakeholders.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
