This position requires a blend of technical writing, strategic analysis, and creative design skills to construct proposals that effectively communicate the value and structure of countertrade deals to potential partners. Collaborating closely with the Proposal Optimization Specialist, Legal Framework Advisor, and Financial Structuring Analyst, the Deal Proposal Engineer will play a crucial role in the development of detailed, persuasive, and compliant proposal documents.
- Engineer detailed countertrade deal proposals, incorporating financial models, legal frameworks, and strategic benefits to create compelling narratives that resonate with potential partners.
- Work in collaboration with financial and legal advisors to ensure that proposals are not only persuasive but also accurately represent the deal’s structure, compliance, and financial implications.
- Utilize a variety of design and presentation tools to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of proposals, making complex information accessible and engaging.
- Conduct reviews of proposal effectiveness, gathering feedback from potential partners and internal teams to continuously refine and improve proposal strategies and designs.
- Maintain a library of proposal templates, graphics, and content blocks to streamline the proposal development process while ensuring customization and relevance to specific deal contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced training in technical writing, graphic design, or proposal management is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or a related role, with a significant focus on business-to-business (B2B) proposals, preferably in an international trade context.
- Proficiency in proposal design software and presentation tools, with a strong ability to present complex information in a visually compelling and clear manner.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives and detailed technical descriptions.
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading proposal development processes across multidisciplinary teams.
Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
