Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Deal Engagement Specialist, a dynamic role focused on directly engaging with potential partners to negotiate and refine countertrade proposals. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills and an understanding of international trade dynamics. The Deal Engagement Specialist will work closely with the Countertrade Deal Designer to understand the specifics of each proposal and play a crucial role in aligning interests, optimizing terms, and moving towards formalizing agreements.
- Act as the primary liaison between Countertrade Pte Ltd and potential countertrade partners, initiating contact and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Understand in-depth the nuances of each countertrade proposal crafted by the Countertrade Deal Designer, ensuring accurate and persuasive communication of the proposal’s value.
- Employ advanced negotiation techniques to align the objectives of all parties, addressing any concerns and adjusting terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate seamless communication between potential partners and internal teams, ensuring transparency and consistency throughout the negotiation process.
- Monitor and report on the progress of engagement efforts, providing insights into the negotiation process to refine strategies for future proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in international trade or countertrade.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and partner engagement, with the ability to manage complex negotiations and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Monthly Salary: $7,000, translating to an annual salary of $84,000.
