Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Deal Confirmation Specialist, a key role responsible for verifying and confirming the details and terms of countertrade deals before they are finalized. This position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of trade agreements. The Deal Confirmation Specialist will work closely with the Contract Execution Manager and Agreement Validation Analyst to ensure that all deal aspects are accurately documented and agreed upon by all parties involved.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of deal terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in countertrade agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any discrepancies or clarifications needed before deal finalization.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of confirmed deals, including all relevant documentation and correspondence.
- Develop and implement processes and checklists to streamline the deal confirmation process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of deal confirmations and highlight any potential issues that may require attention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, deal confirmation, or a similar role, preferably within the international trade or countertrade sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed documentation and ensure accuracy in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and organized, with a strong focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Monthly Salary: $7,000, translating to an annual salary of $84,000.
