In this crucial role, you will own the post-sale experience, fostering trusting relationships with clients and ensuring complete satisfaction with their long-term purchase agreements. Your efforts are key to customer retention and revenue growth.
As our Customer Success Manager, you will have the satisfaction of knowing your work directly strengthens our client relationships and provides impact through renewal and expanded purchases.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of client operations, industries and long-term contract details.
- Proactively advise clients on agreement terms, product delivery, market conditions and more.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction and value realization
- Continually assess service utilization, achievement of revenue goals and buyer experience.
- Mitigate risks proactively and troubleshoot urgent client issues independently.
- Manage contract renewal process, securing expanded multi-year deals.
- Track client health metrics, providing reporting on key accounts and churn risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years managing post-sale customer relationships and revenue growth
- Proven ability to drive retention through exceptional service quality.
- Excellent consulting, presentation, influence and negotiation talent.
- High emotional intelligence and active listening abilities.

- Monthly Salary: $12,000, translating to an annual salary of $144,000.
