Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Yearly Salary: $36,000 – $54,000 USD, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
