Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  3. Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams as necessary.
  7. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. High school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Yearly Salary: $36,000 – $54,000 USD, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
