Position Overview

Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an insightful Customer Journey Mapper to analyze and document the full lifecycle experience of buyers utilizing our guaranteed sales revenue services.
In this key role, you will conduct in-depth research to map out every touchpoint throughout a client’s journey – from initial awareness to onboarding to renewal. Your journey maps will inform strategic decisions aimed at improving engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
As our Customer Journey Mapper, your buyer insights will be invaluable for enhancing processes and interactions at key moments that matter most to our guaranteed sales clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design research plan to deeply analyze client journey from end-to-end.
  2. Identify key stages and touchpoints throughout the buyer experience.
  3. Gather intelligence from client interviews, surveys, analytics, and user tests
  4. Develop detailed journey maps documenting pain points and opportunities.
  5. Continually refine journey maps based on Voice of Customer insights.
  6. Collaborate with teams across the business to implement journey-focused solutions.
  7. Track success metrics connected to journey map recommendations.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, CX Design or related field.
  2. 3+ years mapping end-to-end customer journeys and touchpoints.
  3. Skilled at qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis
  4. Strong analytical and visualization abilities.
  5. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Passionate about improving key moments in the client experience.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: $11,000, translating to an annual salary of $132,000.
