Position Overview

Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks an exceptional Customer Journey Guide to analyze, document and enhance the end-to-end experience of prospective buyers of our guaranteed sales revenue solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will uncover buyer touchpoints, pain points and needs across the lifecycle—from initial outreach to onboarding and renewal. Your journey maps will inform targeted initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty at every interaction.
As our Customer Journey Guide, you are passionate about creating frictionless and meaningful engagements. You provide actionable insights through research, analytics and big-picture thinking that help us continually tighten buyer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1.  Design research framework to analyze prospect journey with accuracy and depth.
  2. Lead interviews, focus groups and data analyses to uncover experience insights.
  3.  Map detailed diagrams of all prospect journey stages, interactions and perceptions.
  4. – Identify pain points, causes of churn and opportunities to exceed expectations.
  5. Compile reports and presentations with recommendations to elevate touchpoint UX.
  6. Collaborate with exec leaders and specialists to impact and improve journeys.
  7. Track success metrics connected to journey-centric enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CX Design or related field.
  2. 5+ years examining end-to-end B2B customer/user journeys.
  3. Strong analytics, interpretation, strategy and communication talents.
  4. Exceptional visualization and storytelling capabilities.
  5. Proven influencer and executive relationship skills.
  6. Growth-focused and passionate about customer centricity.
Compensation
  • Monthly salary: $11,000 .
  • Annual salary: $132,000.
