In this important role, you will plan and facilitate Voice of the Customer initiatives – from one-on-one interviews to focus groups and more – driving robust qualitative insights into client perceptions, needs and desired outcomes.
As our Customer Interview Conductor, your personable and incisive interviewing talents are vital for capturing crucial details on buyer views to advance our client-centric strategy. Your work surfaces impactful insights and memorable stories of the client experience.
- Design discussion guides and plan engaging interview/focus group sessions.
- Conduct one-on-one or small group interviews with expertise and genuine interest.
- Foster open dialogue enabling buyers to share experiences and perspectives.
- Probe interview responses deeply to uncover key details and insights
- Manage sessions smoothly addressing client questions and concerns.
- Analyze results to identify trends, opportunities and illustrative vignettes
- Create reports and presentations highlighting discoveries and recommendations.
- Continually refine approach to improve quality of buyer perspectives captured.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 2+ years experience conducting strategic customer interviews.
- Skilled at planning and facilitating insightful discussions.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication talents.
- Strong analytical abilities to derive meaning from qualitative data.
- Passionate about understanding client perspectives.
- Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000
