Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Cross-Functional Integration Manager, a crucial role focused on ensuring cohesive collaboration and integration across various departments and functions within our countertrade network. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in project management, cross-functional team leadership, and a deep understanding of the complexities of integrating diverse operational processes. Working closely with the Trade Flow Optimizer, Supply Chain Integration Specialist, and Operations Connectivity Advisor, the Cross-Functional Integration Manager will lead efforts to synchronize activities, streamline communications, and foster a unified approach to executing countertrade deals.
- Develop and implement integration strategies to ensure seamless collaboration across functional teams involved in countertrade operations, including logistics, finance, legal, and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify and resolve integration challenges, ensuring that all departments are aligned and working towards common objectives.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between teams, promoting an organizational culture of transparency and cooperation.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of integration efforts, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering an environment of innovation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in project management or organizational development is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cross-functional project management or integration roles, with a proven track record of leading successful integration initiatives in complex business environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams towards achieving integrated operational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across different functional areas and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing integration challenges, driving continuous improvement in organizational processes.
Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
