Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Countertrade Sales Executive, a key player in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our client base within the international trade and countertrade market. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a proven sales track record and a deep understanding of countertrade mechanisms and international trade practices. The Countertrade Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to our strategic growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the countertrade and international trade sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through a deep understanding of client needs and countertrade solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process and converting opportunities into successful deals.
- Collaborate with the countertrade and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes that impact the countertrade market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the international trade, countertrade, or a related sector.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex trade solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, countertrade practices, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Monthly Salary: $7,000, plus a performance-based bonus, leading to an OTE (On Target Earnings) of $120,000 annually.
