Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Countertrade Quality Control Specialist, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality for products and services involved in our countertrade transactions. This critical role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, and familiarity with international trade operations. The Countertrade Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for countertrade products and services, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of products and services involved in countertrade transactions, identifying non-compliance issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions, providing regular reports to management on quality performance.
- Train internal teams and suppliers on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality across the supply chain.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in quality control standards, international trade regulations, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the quality control program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialization in quality control or assurance preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with exposure to international trade or countertrade operations highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and software.
- Monthly Salary: $6,500, translating to an annual salary of $78,000.
