Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks a Countertrade Proposition Communicator, a role crucial for crafting and delivering compelling presentations of countertrade proposals to potential partners. The Countertrade Proposition Communicator will work closely with the Countertrade Deal Designer and Deal Engagement Specialist to ensure that the value and benefits of our countertrade proposals are effectively communicated, captivating the interest of potential partners and driving forward the negotiation process.
- Develop and refine presentation materials that clearly articulate the value proposition of countertrade deals, tailored to the interests and needs of potential partners.
- Deliver engaging presentations to potential partners and stakeholders, effectively communicating the strategic advantages and mutual benefits of entering into countertrade agreements with Countertrade Pte Ltd.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and informative presentation materials.
- Provide feedback to the Countertrade Deal Designer on the reception of proposals, refining communication strategies based on partner feedback and engagement outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams to enhance their communication strategies and presentation skills, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all countertrade proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communication, public speaking, marketing, or a similar role, preferably with experience in the trade or financial services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering persuasive presentations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Strategic mindset, capable of understanding and communicating complex trade agreements in a compelling and accessible manner.
- Monthly Salary: $6,500, translating to an annual salary of $78,000.
