Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Countertrade Project Orchestrator, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the project of connecting multiple countertrade deals into a cohesive network. This position demands a strategic thinker with robust project management skills, a deep understanding of international trade operations, and the ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. The Countertrade Project Orchestrator will ensure that all aspects of the countertrade deals are seamlessly integrated, from logistics and compliance to financial transactions and partner commitments.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of countertrade projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate closely with Countertrade Logistics Integrators, Compliance Consultants, and Deal Designers to ensure all elements of countertrade deals are harmoniously integrated.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones and making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, serving as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
- Assess project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on international trade or countertrade operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographic locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage partner relationships.
- Monthly Salary: $9,000, translating to an annual salary of $108,000.
