Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Countertrade Program Manager to oversee and direct our countertrade programs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex trade programs and navigate the intricacies of international trade regulations. As a Countertrade Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of countertrade projects, ensuring they meet strategic business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive countertrade programs, including setting objectives, timelines, and budgets, to meet strategic business goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of countertrade transactions across various mechanisms such as Offsets, Barter, and Buy-Back agreements.
- Monitor program progress against objectives, identifying risks and opportunities, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with program goals and compliance standards.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to adapt countertrade programs and strategies effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed program reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management within the field of international trade or countertrade.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
- In-depth knowledge of countertrade practices and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Monthly Salary: $9,500, amounting to an annual salary of $114,000.
