- Spearhead the planning, execution, and management of all countertrade transactions, including but not limited to Offsets, Barter, and Buy-Back agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate countertrade strategies with broader business objectives.
- Negotiate and oversee the lifecycle of countertrade agreements, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to adapt countertrade strategies accordingly.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the countertrade operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement robust reporting mechanisms to track the performance and impact of countertrade operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 7+ years in countertrade operations within a global trade context.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and countertrade practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Monthly Salary: $9,000, which annualizes to $108,000.
