Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Countertrade Network Efficiency Analyst, a specialized role focused on optimizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the countertrade network. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain optimization, and a deep understanding of international trade dynamics. The Countertrade Network Efficiency Analyst will work closely with the Countertrade Project Orchestrator, Logistics Integrator, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance the overall performance of the countertrade network.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of the countertrade network’s operations, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics, compliance, and project management teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing network efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor the impact of implemented strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on network performance, efficiency initiatives, and outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in supply chain and network optimization to continually improve countertrade operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network analysis, supply chain optimization, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to international trade or countertrade operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and actionable manner.
- Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
