Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Countertrade Logistics Manager, a vital role responsible for overseeing the logistics and supply chain operations within our countertrade agreements. This position demands an individual with a comprehensive understanding of international logistics, supply chain management, and the unique challenges presented by countertrade transactions. The Countertrade Logistics Manager will ensure efficient and compliant logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes to support countertrade agreements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies for countertrade operations, ensuring efficient transport, storage, and distribution of goods in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high levels of service and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align logistics strategies with countertrade agreements and overall business objectives.
- Monitor and manage logistics operations, identifying and resolving issues that may impact the timely and compliant movement of goods.
- Implement and maintain logistics management systems to track shipments, inventory levels, and delivery performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay informed of changes in international trade regulations, logistics technology, and best practices, adapting logistics strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with specific experience in international logistics operations.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and countertrade practices.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Monthly Salary: $8,000, amounting to an annual salary of $96,000.
