Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a Countertrade Logistics Integrator, a critical role focused on managing the integration of supply chains across our countertrade network. This position demands an individual with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly within the context of international trade. The Countertrade Logistics Integrator will work closely with partners to ensure the efficient and effective exchange of goods and services, optimizing logistics operations to meet the unique demands of countertrade deals.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that support the seamless exchange of goods and services within the countertrade network, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with Countertrade Commitment Coordinators and Partner Trust Officers to understand the specifics of each countertrade deal and tailor logistics operations accordingly.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers, securing the best terms for transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services.
- Monitor and manage the performance of logistics partners, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance to maintain high service standards.
- Implement technology solutions for logistics management, improving tracking, visibility, and reporting across the countertrade network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong preference for experience in international trade or countertrade operations.
- Deep understanding of global logistics operations, including transportation modes, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple logistics operations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
