Position Overview

Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a Countertrade Customer Relations Manager to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role is critical for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, an understanding of international trade dynamics, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Countertrade Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, addressing client concerns, and working closely with various teams to provide solutions that meet client needs within the countertrade framework.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for customer relationship management, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information on countertrade operations and agreements.
  3. Collaborate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to identify opportunities for additional services or improvements.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for enhancing the relationship.
  5. Organize and lead client meetings and presentations, providing updates on countertrade projects and discussing new opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and specific needs to tailor solutions effectively.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in customer relations or account management, preferably within the international trade or countertrade sector.
  3. Strong understanding of countertrade mechanisms and international trade regulations.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
  6. Leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
