This position is designed for a forward-thinking professional who possesses a deep understanding of international trade mechanisms and is adept at developing tailored countertrade solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Lead the consultancy team in providing expert advice on countertrade strategies, including Offsets, Barter, and Buy-Back agreements, tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients’ trade challenges and opportunities, developing innovative countertrade solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global trade regulations, market trends, and countertrade practices to offer informed recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business models and trade objectives to provide bespoke consultancy services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement countertrade programs that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop and deliver training and educational materials on countertrade mechanisms and strategies for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in International Business, Trade Law, or related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in trade consultancy, with a focus on countertrade operations and strategy.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful countertrade solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing a team of consultants.
- Excellent communication skills, with the proficiency to articulate complex trade concepts clearly.
- Monthly Salary: $10,000, amounting to an annual salary of $120,000.
