Countertrade Pte Ltd is actively seeking a Countertrade Commitment Coordinator, a crucial role focused on managing and ensuring the alignment of partner commitments with the terms of countertrade deals. This position requires an organized individual with exceptional project management skills, a keen understanding of international trade agreements, and the ability to effectively coordinate between multiple parties. The Countertrade Commitment Coordinator will work closely with the Partner Trust Officer, Countertrade Agreement Architect, and other key stakeholders to monitor, facilitate, and report on the fulfillment of all commitments made within countertrade agreements.
- Coordinate the execution and fulfillment of commitments made by Countertrade Pte Ltd and its partners, ensuring alignment with the agreed terms of countertrade deals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system to monitor the status of all commitments, identifying any delays or discrepancies and addressing them promptly.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and countertrade partners to ensure clear understanding of commitments and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Risk Assessor to identify potential risks associated with the fulfillment of commitments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of commitments for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for ensuring compliance and fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, trade coordination, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to international trade or countertrade operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-party agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in commitment fulfillment.
- Monthly Salary: $7,000, translating to an annual salary of $84,000.
