Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Countertrade Closure Facilitator, a key role dedicated to overseeing the formalities of concluding and signing off on countertrade deals. This position requires an individual with a strong background in contract management, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of the legal and operational processes involved in international trade agreements. The Countertrade Closure Facilitator will work closely with the Countertrade Agreement Architect, Compliance Consultant, and Commitment Coordinator to ensure that all countertrade deals are properly finalized, documented, and archived.
- Manage the closure process for countertrade deals, ensuring that all legal, financial, and operational formalities are completed in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to prepare and review final contract documents, obtain necessary signatures, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate the resolution of any outstanding issues or discrepancies before deal closure, working closely with relevant stakeholders to address concerns.
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach for deal closure documentation and archiving, ensuring easy access and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of deal closures, highlighting any potential risks or delays and recommending solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field, with a preference for additional qualifications in contract management or legal studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or a related field, ideally within the context of international trade.
- Proven ability to manage complex contractual processes and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deal closures simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
