Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify potential countertrade opportunities.
- Structure countertrade deals aligning with business objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with Trade Directors for smooth transaction facilitation.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on deal performance and market insights.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships within the countertrade network.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related.
- Experience in countertrade, international trade, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Team player, detail-oriented, and opportunity-focused.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $10,000 – $15,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Yearly Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 USD, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
