Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a Countertrade Account Manager, a vital role aimed at fostering and expanding relationships with our key clients. This role combines expertise in client management and a thorough understanding of international trade and countertrade operations. As a Countertrade Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with clients to develop customized countertrade solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining and strengthening client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and objectives, working closely with them to develop and implement effective countertrade solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including solutions architects and financial analysts, to ensure that client proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and compliant with trade regulations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of countertrade agreements, ensuring that all client commitments are met and identifying opportunities for additional business and collaboration.
- Keep abreast of market trends, trade regulations, and countertrade mechanisms to provide clients with informed advice and innovative solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in account management or client services, with a preference for experience in international trade or countertrade operations.
- Strong understanding of countertrade practices and international trade regulations.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams to meet client needs.
- Monthly Salary: $8,500, amounting to an annual salary of $102,000.
