Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Contractual Compliance Auditor, a critical role dedicated to ensuring that all countertrade deals strictly adhere to contractual obligations and compliance standards. This position demands an individual with a strong background in audit practices, a keen understanding of contractual law, and a meticulous attention to detail. Working in collaboration with the Trust Assurance Officer, Legal Framework Advisor, and Regulatory Compliance Advisor, the Contractual Compliance Auditor will conduct thorough audits of countertrade agreements and operations to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures.
- Perform detailed audits of countertrade deals to ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain an audit framework tailored to countertrade operations, incorporating best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and evidence for audit processes.
- Identify compliance risks and discrepancies during audits, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for remedial actions to senior management.
- Conduct follow-up audits to verify the implementation of corrective actions and continuous compliance with contractual obligations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field, with a significant focus on contract compliance and legal audits.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, contractual law, and international trade regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to manage detailed audits and identify compliance issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting audit findings and working collaboratively with teams to implement compliance solutions.
Monthly Salary: $8,000, translating to an annual salary of $96,000.
