Overview
As a Contract Specialist, you will be a key player in our legal team, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for our Guaranteed Sales Revenue Platform and Countertrade deals. Your expertise will ensure the legal integrity of our contracts and contribute significantly to the smooth operation and success of our business transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including sales, purchase, and service agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand contract requirements and objectives.
- Provide legal advice and interpretation of contract terms to stakeholders.
- Manage contract databases and maintain detailed records.
- Monitor and report on the status of contracts, including compliance, deadlines, and renewals.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in contract management or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research and contract management software.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $7,500 – $10,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
- Yearly Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USD, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
