Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Contract Execution Manager, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the execution phase of countertrade deals, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively. This position demands an individual with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and the ability to coordinate between various internal and external stakeholders. The Contract Execution Manager will work closely with the Deal Confirmation Specialist, Agreement Validation Analyst, and Partner Integration Consultant to manage the lifecycle of countertrade deals from execution to completion.
- Oversee the execution of countertrade contracts, ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to address any issues that arise during the execution phase, facilitating resolutions to keep deals on track.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and tools to monitor deal progress, identify potential risks, and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure that contract execution adheres to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of deal execution to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in project management is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management or project management, with a significant focus on the execution of complex deals, preferably in an international trade context.
- Strong understanding of contract law and international trade regulations, with the ability to navigate legal and regulatory complexities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a track record of successfully managing projects to completion under tight deadlines.
Monthly Salary: $8,500, translating to an annual salary of $102,000.
