Overview
As a Compliance Officer, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our business operations, especially in our Guaranteed Sales Revenue Platform and Countertrade transactions, comply with legal regulations and internal policies. Your expertise in compliance will play a crucial role in safeguarding our business and maintaining our reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Advise management on compliance matters and propose solutions to potential issues.
- Train staff on compliance procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise on necessary adjustments.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and handle compliance-related inquiries or investigations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in compliance software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $7,000 – $9,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
- Yearly Salary: $84,000 – $108,000 USD, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
