Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, a key role focused on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market intelligence to support our countertrade business strategy. This position requires an individual with expertise in competitive analysis, market research, and strategic insight into the international trade arena. The Competitive Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for identifying trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and providing actionable intelligence to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive edge in countertrade deals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry changes to identify opportunities and threats within the countertrade market.
- Develop and maintain an intelligence database on competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategic moves.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis Director and Market Expansion Strategist to support strategic planning and market entry strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide recommendations based on competitive intelligence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of countertrade strategies in response to competitive dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in market research or competitive intelligence is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a related role, preferably within the international trade or countertrade sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proactive and strategic thinker, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate competitor moves.
Monthly Salary: $7,000, translating to an annual salary of $84,000.
