Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Collection-Through-Export Transactions Coordinator to oversee and coordinate transactions involving the export of goods or services for collecting payments. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of collection-through-export initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate collection-through-export transactions, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed documentation for export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and payment collection terms.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and financial institutions to communicate transaction details and payment collection requirements.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to collection-through-export transactions and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial aspects of export transactions, tracking payments and ensuring timely collections.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in export transactions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in collection-through-export initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating export transactions and payment collections.
- Strong documentation, communication, and financial oversight skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and financial processes.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,800, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $117,600, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
