Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a Co-production Coordinator to facilitate collaborative efforts between multiple companies in the production of goods or services. As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of co-production initiatives for mutual benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate co-production initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration between participating companies.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of co-production projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in co-production projects, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with goals.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, technology, and expertise, to support co-production activities.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments related to co-production projects and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to co-production agreements, project plans, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in co-production initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating co-production projects across multiple companies.
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and business processes.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $10,200, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $122,400, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
