As our Client Relationship Strengthener, you will have significant impact on sales outcomes, deal sizes and account retention through relentless, customized nurturing that makes buyers feel understood, supported and invested in.
- Research accounts to become experts on buyers’ industries, business models and core motivations.
- Have consistent, high-touch engagements providing strategic consult and resources.
- Drive initiatives—from trainings to executive meetings—that reinforce shared goals.
- Gauge service utilization and achievement of revenue objectives with analytics.
- Guide clients in adopting best practices for realizing full solution potential.
- Develop lasting C-suite and stakeholder relationships marked by interdependence. Orchestrate renewal process for expanded multi-year purchase agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent field.
- 5+ years managing complex enterprise B2B customer relationships.
- Proven success driving loyalty and growth through white-glove account service.
- Strong executive presence, industry/solution mastery and EQ.

- Monthly salary: $13,000.
