As our Client Profiling Manager, you will gather intelligence on prospective clients, analyze their needs and challenges, and build detailed profiles to inform client targeting and sales strategies. Your insights will be vital for matching our services to ideal buyers.
- Design and implement profiling frameworks to assess target clients holistically.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather data on prospects’ industries, business models, pain points and goals.
- Develop comprehensive profiles synthesizing intel on prospects’ operations, challenges, and service needs.
- Identify patterns and trends across client profiles to refine ideal customer criteria.
- Manage client profiling systems and continually improve processes for accuracy and depth.
- Collaborate with sales team to align profiles with client targeting and pitches.
- Track profile utilization metrics and profiling ROI to showcase value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 5+ years in strategic profiling or business analysis role.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience mapping customer journeys and developing buyer personas.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Monthly Salary: $12,000, translating to an annual salary of $144,000.
