Position Overview

Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an insightful Client Needs Assessor to evaluate and document buyer needs, challenges and preferences to inform development of our guaranteed revenue solutions and services.
In this important role, you will lead Voice of Customer initiatives – from interviews to advisory boards and more – uncovering detailed insights into client expectations and desired outcomes from our long-term purchase agreements.
As our Client Needs Assessor, your insights will be invaluable for prioritizing and advancing product and service enhancements that align with buyer needs and preferences. You will give our clients a seat at the innovation table.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and facilitate Voice of Customer programs to capture detailed buyer feedback.
  2. Conduct one-on-one interviews, focus groups and ethnographic studies to uncover needs.
  3. Map current client journeys to identify pain points and moments of opportunity.
  4. Analyze insights uncovered through VOC initiatives and translate into prioritized enhancements.
  5. Share documentation summarizing key client needs and desired solution capabilities.
  6.  Continually seek input through pilot groups, advisory boards and other engagement.
  7. Track success metrics connected to launched capabilities addressing assessed needs.
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, CX Design or related field.
  2. 3+ years in evaluating and documenting B2B client needs and preferences.
  3. Skilled at qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis.
  4. Excellent consulting, writing and stakeholder management talents.
  5. Passionate about advocating for the client perspective.
Compensation
  • Monthly Salary: $11,000, translating to an annual salary of $132,000.
