As our Client Insights Analyst, you will be an invaluable resource for identifying pain points our services can address and tailoring messaging to align with client priorities.
- Design and implement research frameworks to deeply understand target clients’
- Gather intelligence through interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies, and data analysis.
- Identify core needs, challenges, motivations, and goals of potential buyers’.
- Analyze research findings to provide recommendations on optimizing sales messaging.
- Continually seek new sources of insights to refine understanding of client perspective.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to incorporate insights into outreach campaigns.
- Educate colleagues on buyer insights to advance prospect engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years conducting strategic research to uncover buyer insights.
- Skilled at designing and implementing qualitative/quantitative studies.
- Strong analytical abilities to synthesize insights from complex research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about understanding the “why” behind buyer decisions.
- Monthly salary: $10,000, translating to an annual salary of $120,000.
