Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Clearing Agreements Coordinator to facilitate and oversee clearing agreements within the organization. As a Clearing Agreements Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth trade transactions through effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Coordination: Coordinate the development and execution of clearing agreements, ensuring alignment with trade objectives.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for clearing agreements, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions and partners, to facilitate the clearing process.
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks associated with clearing agreements, implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with trade regulations and financial standards related to clearing agreements.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with relevant parties to convey information, resolve issues, and optimize the clearing process.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of clearing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating clearing agreements, preferably in a trade-related context.
- Knowledge of trade regulations, financial standards, and risk management in clearing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,500, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $114,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
