Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled Buyback Analyst to oversee and analyze buyback agreements between the company and foreign buyers. As the Buyback Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of buyback transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Agreement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of buyback agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiation Support: Assist in the negotiation process of buyback agreements, providing valuable insights and data to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
- Transaction Execution: Oversee the execution of buyback transactions, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of buyback agreements, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to buyback transactions and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to buyback agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in buyback transactions, addressing concerns and ensuring collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in analyzing and executing buyback agreements.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and business processes.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $11,200, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $134,400, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
