Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a skilled Buy-Switch-Transfer (BST) Coordinator to contribute to the success of BST projects. As a BST Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in project planning, coordination of switch processes, and the seamless transfer of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for BST projects, outlining key stages and timelines.
- Switch Process: Facilitate the coordination of switch processes, ensuring a smooth transition of projects to different entities.
- Transfer Process: Ensure a seamless transfer of projects, adhering to agreements and optimizing the transition.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth project execution during the operational phase.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with BST projects, implementing proactive measures.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial assessments, budgeting, and cost analysis for BST projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating BST projects, with exposure to switch processes and project transfer.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with operational processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,200, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $110,400, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
