Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a proficient Buy-Operate-Switch-Transfer (BOST) Specialist to contribute to the success of BOST projects. As a BOST Specialist, you will play a crucial role in project planning, operational coordination, and the seamless switch and transfer of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for BOST projects, outlining key stages and timelines.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth project execution during the operational phase.
- Switch Process: Facilitate the seamless switch of projects to different entities, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Transfer Process: Ensure a smooth transfer of projects, adhering to agreements and optimizing the transition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with BOST projects, implementing proactive measures.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial assessments, budgeting, and cost analysis for BOST projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in contributing to BOST projects, preferably in a specialist role.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with operational processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,500, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $114,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
