Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for a Business Identification Specialist, a pivotal role dedicated to pinpointing and evaluating potential business partners for countertrade opportunities. This position requires a highly analytical individual with a talent for identifying synergies between businesses and an understanding of the dynamics of international trade. The Business Identification Specialist will work closely with the Market Expansion Strategist and Competitive Intelligence Analyst to identify businesses that align with Countertrade Pte Ltd’s strategic objectives and countertrade models.
- Utilize a variety of research methods to identify potential businesses for countertrade opportunities, focusing on compatibility and strategic fit.
- Analyze business models, financial health, market position, and product offerings of potential partners to assess their suitability for countertrade deals.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Market Researcher and Industry Trends Analyst to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and industry trends affecting potential partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a database of identified businesses, including key data points, analysis outcomes, and recommendations for engagement.
- Prepare and present reports on potential businesses, highlighting opportunities for countertrade deals and strategic alignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in market research or business analysis would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or a related field, with a significant focus on identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth business and financial analysis, with a keen eye for identifying potential partnership opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
Monthly Salary: $7,000, translating to an annual salary of $84,000.
